We understand that circumstances may arise where a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary. This Return Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns and refunds related to our services and any physical products purchased through our business.

Service Cancellations and Refunds
Consultation Services
If you have booked a veranda styling consultation and wish to cancel, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the scheduled consultation date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 business days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit
- Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as preparation work will have already been undertaken
- If we cancel or reschedule a consultation for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
Styling Packages
Our veranda styling packages involve significant planning, design, and coordination work. Refund eligibility for styling packages is determined as follows:
- If a styling project has not yet commenced beyond the initial planning phase, you may cancel and receive a refund of up to 75% of the total package price
- Once materials have been ordered or customization work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and materials procured, and may be partial
- After the styling installation has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued unless there is a demonstrable quality issue
Product Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Physical products purchased through Labelsafeol, including furnishings, accessories, and decor items, may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact
- The product has not been modified, assembled (if it arrived unassembled), or damaged by the customer
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team by phone at +1 781-861-1200 or by email at welcome@labelsafeol.world within the eligible return window
- Provide your order details, including the items you wish to return and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. Labelsafeol is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
For returns due to defective products, incorrect shipments, or errors on our part, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Refunds for products returned in their original condition will be issued for the full product purchase price, excluding original shipping charges
- Products returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price
- Refunds for services will be processed based on the terms outlined in the Service Cancellations section above
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our team to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the replacement item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly. We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask you to provide photographs of the damage and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer you one of the following options at no additional cost:
- A full replacement of the damaged or defective item, shipped to you as quickly as possible
- A full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping charges paid for the original order
- A store credit for the full amount, which can be applied toward a future purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-designed or bespoke items created specifically to your specifications
- Items that have been installed, assembled, or modified after delivery
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Items purchased during special promotions marked as final sale
- Design consultation fees for completed consultations
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate consumer protection channels in accordance with Massachusetts state law.
Changes to This Policy
Labelsafeol reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases or services completed before the effective date of the updated policy.
